MONETARY DONATION

Each birth (with its associated prenatal and postpartum visits) costs the attending doula approximately $150 out-of-pocket. When we attend a volunteer birth or a very low cost birth, we are paying to attend it.

If you have been positively impacted by our doulas, educators, or other services, or would just like to support a great cause, please consider making a tax-deductible donation to Mamatoto Village, Inc. so that we may continue serving as many women and their families as possible in our community. Any donation, large or small, helps to keep Mamamtoto Village available as a sustainable organization of community supported parenting.

Formula—Of all kinds! Milk-based, soy, hypoallergenic, lactose-free. You name it! We’d love to be able to offer these formulas to our babies with special dietary needs.
Scrapbooking Supplies—Baby books, disposable cameras, collage frames or other items to help our new moms celebrate and memorialize their baby’s arrival.
Gas Cards & Bus Passes—Would go along way toward helping our women get to and from school, work, and doctors appointments.
Silent Auction Items— Items such as restaurant/boutique gift certificates or tickets to a play would make wonderful additions to our silent auction at our August fundraising event – the proceeds of which will be used to support the Mothers Rising Program and Mamatoto Village.
Disposable Cameras
Gift Cards — To Staples, Office Max, Target, or Walmart would help us get the things we need to run our programs and help us stay within our budget too!
