Mamatoto Village's Perinatal Community Health Worker Training program provides a unique opportunity for Women of Color interested in becoming paraprofessional maternal health workers and/or pursuing the path to Midwifery, Public Health, IBCLC, or other health professions, to receive training, education, and mentorship, provide labor support in all birth settings, and serivces a community resource to underserved women and their families. This a 6-month Workforce Development Training, with on-going professional development.
