Video Coaching or 

2-hour In person session (DC Metro Area only) 

These are for parent's to be who may not want to hire a doula, but desire support during pregnancy/postpartum. Suggested topics: prenatal questions, locating a provider, developing a birth plan, nutritional counseling, positions for labor and birth, informed choice; coping and comfort techniques; risk/benefits of medications and interventions; birth plan for induction/cesarean; newborn care; breastfeeding; and postpartum recovery. 

 

Video Sessions are $20 for 15 minutes or $50 per hour and can take place via Skype or Facetime.

 

In person sessions are $100 with a 2 hour minimum.
